Internal commercial employee (full-time)

Are you commercially minded and do you always see sales opportunities? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for!

About the function

The main goal is good contact with the customer and increasing customer satisfaction. You are the first point of contact for our customers. You are not afraid to answer the phone and are an important link between the customer and our account managers. You are involved in the entire sales process, such as drawing up quotes and entering orders. You ask critical questions, remove doubts and close the deal. You follow up on quotes by calling them. Questions about our products come to you via chat, email or telephone. You handle complaints and process returns. You work closely with colleagues from different departments. You follow up on delivery times and enjoy stimulating sales through cross- and upselling. You help customers in the showroom.

About you

• You are commercially & customer-oriented
• You are eager to learn
• You have good communication skills
• You are a real team player, but you can also work independently
• You are familiar with the words cross- and upsell
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written, is an advantage
• Some knowledge of Exact is an advantage
