Description
The Omikron CallHelp 400TX is a wireless call system (UHF with a transmission range that can be extended by up to 99 additional transmitters). Each additional transmitter adds 300 meters (in open fields) or 3 floors (in buildings) to the transmission range, resulting in a theoretical transmission range of 30 kilometers or 300 floors. If more transmission range is needed, simply plug in an extra transmitter. Since the system is wireless, there are no installation costs; there is no need to drill holes, run cables, or install antennas.
The Omikron CallHelp 400 can be set up/used in 4 ways:
• As 9L (with N-key operation): with an N key press, all receivers are called at the same time. The number that was pressed appears on the display. Press key 3 and all receivers sound with a “3” on the display. Press key 7 and all receivers sound with a “7” on the display, etc.
• As 9LPlus (with N-key operation): with an N key press, the receiver with that number is called. Press key 3 and receiver three sounds; press key 7 and receiver seven sounds, etc.
• As 99L: can individually, in groups, or collectively call a maximum of 99 receivers. Up to 10 different text messages can appear in the receiver’s display.
• As 999L: can individually, in groups, or collectively call a maximum of 999 receivers. Up to 999 different text messages can appear in the receiver’s display.
The Omikron CallHelp 400TX is equipped with an emergency backup battery.
