For various types of pain, such as:
- headache
- migraine
- sore throat
- earache
- muscle pain
- joint pain
- osteoarthritis
- menstrual discomfort
Also for fever, flu, and colds.
Tablets, capsules, and drinks work within half an hour; suppositories within 1 hour.
Use paracetamol only when you have pain. Stop when the pain has passed. If you still need a painkiller after a few days, contact your general practitioner. Are you using paracetamol more than 15 days per month for headaches? This can actually cause headaches. Please consult your doctor.
Do not exceed the dosage stated in the leaflet per day. This is not good for your liver. Do not use other painkillers that also contain paracetamol, as this could lead to an overdose.
If you use a high dosage for several weeks, there is a small risk of damage to the liver, kidneys, and/or blood.
