Description
Vicks Vaporub works well for colds and blocked airways. It soothes the symptoms of a cold. Vicks Vaporub relieves breathing and expands the airways through inhalation of the vapors released after rubbing it on the chest, back, or neck, or after adding the balm to a steam bath.
- For adults and children from 2 years old
As a rub: apply to the chest and back before going to bed and cover with a flannel cloth.
As an inhalation agent: add a full teaspoon of Vicks Vaporub to a bowl of hot (but not boiling) water and inhale the soothing vapors as deeply as possible.
