Hansaplast elastic is a strong elastic wound plaster for the quick and hygienic treatment of small injuries. The elasticity of Hansaplast elastic extends across its entire width, including over the wound pad. This elasticity is achieved through the use of polyamide threads combined with a special weaving technique. The wound pad does not stick to the wound. Hansaplast elastic is designed to be air- and water-permeable (microporous), which prevents skin problems. Hansaplast elastic is also available in the form of finger strips: elastic, extra-long finger band-aids that are particularly suited for small injuries to moving fingers.
