Description
The transparent plasters from Rudafilm are waterproof and individually sterile packaged. Rudafilm features a self-adhesive, well-adhering transparent wound film made of strong polyurethane. This allows you to inspect the wound through the dressing. It adheres to the dry edges of the wound, not on the wound itself.
Rudafilm stays in place well in difficult areas, is elastic, flexible, and stretchable. It is semi-permeable, meaning it does not allow bacteria and liquids to pass through, but does allow gases.
Application
- Superficial wounds and abrasions
- Suitable for joints such as the knee and elbow
- For the fixation of cannulas, drains, and catheters
