Description
Dettol has a fast and long-lasting bactericidal effect against a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms, including both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, and fungi.

Dettol Chloroxylenol 48mg/ml
Concentrated disinfectant. The disinfectant can be used for the disinfection of various types of wounds such as cuts and insect bites, as well as for hand disinfection.
Dosage
- For disinfecting cuts, bites, abrasions, insect bites, and hands: Dilute 5 ml Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml to 100 ml with water (5% solution).
- For gynecological use for disinfecting the external skin: Dilute 3 ml Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml to 100 ml with water (3% solution). Carefully apply the diluted Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml, for example, by using a gauze swab soaked in the diluted solution on the area to be disinfected.
Note! Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to phenolic antiseptics. Do not use in or near the eyes.
