Properties
Elastomull haft is a highly stretchable and skin-friendly white fixation bandage made from 40% cotton, 30% viscose, and 30% polyamide. Since the fixation bandage is impregnated with micro-drops of natural rubber latex, it sticks to itself but not to the skin or hair. Its adhesive properties are enhanced by the special wavy weave structure. Thanks to the unique weaving technique and the use of polyamide, Elastomull haft is particularly elastic. Even complicated dressings can therefore be applied quickly and easily. Because Elastomull haft adheres to itself and does not shift, a limited (1/3) overlap per layer suffices, without the need for reverse techniques, saving both material and time. Additionally, dressings on moving body parts like joints remain securely in place and do not crumple. Furthermore, under normal use, due to its elastic properties, no venous congestion occurs, and freedom of movement is hardly restricted. Even after prolonged use, elasticity does not diminish. To prevent venous congestion, Elastomull haft is preferably not applied under tension. Therefore, it is easier to roll Elastomull haft off per layer before securing the dressing. Thanks to the high cotton and viscose content and the open weave of the fabric, Elastomull haft is very soft, comfortable, and skin-friendly. The open weave structure also ensures that the skin can breathe well. Elastomull haft can be sterilized in an autoclave or by means of gas.

Applications
