Description
This is gauze with a layer of aluminum on one side, which prevents the gauze from sticking to the wound as quickly. On the other side, there is a layer of moisture-absorbing material. The moisture is absorbed through the holes in the aluminum layer. In addition to gauzes in various sizes, there are also metalline dressings and metalline wound plasters.
Metalline compress is suitable for covering burns and abrasions.
