Description
The Plum eye wash contains a sterile sodium chloride solution (0.9%), which matches the natural salt content of the eye. This prevents the entry of germs and bacteria that can lead to eye infections. Using non-sterile fluids (e.g., tap water) does not guarantee this.
In injuries caused by metal or wood splinters, dust, and dirt, time is also an important factor. With these injuries, the swift use of the eye wash solution can prevent harmful particles from remaining in the eye, thus causing severe eye damage. Clear instructions for use and illustrations are provided on the label.
The extensive range offers the optimal solution for every specific business situation. The products can be supplied individually, including wall holders, or as complete stations in various sizes, suitable for wall mounting. Ideal for use in, for example, workshops and for taking in vehicles, toolboxes, first aid kits, or in the special Plum hip bag.
When unopened, the liquid is viable for up to 3 years. No maintenance or cleaning of the bottles is required. The expiration date is indicated on the label.
The ergonomically shaped eye cup fits perfectly on the eye and ensures a gentle and even wash. It has CE certification in accordance with the requirements for medical instruments. The bottles comply with the DIN 12930 standard.
The station is also equipped with a mirror and allows for correct and rapid washing in workplaces where longer rinsing time is necessary.
