Description
The powder extinguishers are distinguished by their excellent extinguishing capacity. The extinguishers can be used universally, except for the metal fire extinguisher, for extinguishing solid fires, liquid, and gas fires (fire classes A, B, and C).
They can be deployed at both high and very low temperatures. Additionally, extinguishing energized equipment poses no danger. However, one must consider the consequential damage that extinguishing powder may cause to electronic and precision mechanical equipment. Therefore, powder extinguishers should only be used in situations where the fire needs to be extinguished quickly and effectively, and the collateral damage is of secondary importance.
Even in outdoor locations, the extinguisher is an excellent choice, with frost resistance down to 20 degrees below freezing.
