- For adults and children from 2 years old
As a rub: apply to the chest and back before going to sleep and cover with a flannel cloth.
As an inhalant: place a full spoon of Vicks Vaporub in a bowl of hot (but not boiling) water and inhale the soothing vapors as deeply as possible.
