Fixomull stretch provides complete dressing fixation on joints, moving and contoured body parts. Fixomull stretch is a non-woven fleece that is elastic in width. The fleece is air and moisture permeable, allowing the skin to remain unaffected. The dressing is very easy to apply and is extremely comfortable and soft. Thanks to Fixomull stretch, compression dressings can be easily adjusted.
