Description
The Defibtech Lifeline Trainer is a special AED training device that looks exactly like the “real” Defibtech Lifeline AED on the outside. To distinguish it, the casing of the AED trainer is partly red.
The device cannot be used to actually defibrillate patients and cannot deliver a shock. This AED Trainer is used to familiarize students with the functions and operation of a real Defibtech Lifeline AED. With specially programmed training software, various resuscitation scenarios can be practiced. An SD card is unnecessary. The AED instructor can easily call up the scenarios using the remote control. One remote control can operate up to 4 AED trainers in a classroom. Both semi-automatic mode (self-administering the shock) and fully automatic mode (the AED delivers the shock) can be practiced.
